A website for a wedding musician or DJ: date requests, packages with prices and online deposits
A wedding musician's website needs three things a couple can do from a phone: ask whether the date is free, see the packages with prices and pay a deposit. Our live demo, Julian Reyes Music, does all three today, and we build a performer's own version free from your work order in 2 to 3 business days; the website itself then costs $30 a month with everything in it.
For you, that means you can show a musician or DJ the finished thing in five minutes and charge your own fee for setting it up and looking after it.
What a musician or DJ asks for
- A date request. Couples and planners send the date, venue and event type; it lands in the admin and by e-mail.
- Planning calls. A booking form with a 30-minute time from the appointment calendar.
- Packages with prices, shown up front. Wedding and corporate packages, which filters out inquiries that do not fit the budget.
- Deposits and add-ons paid online. Deposits, custom arrangements, uplighting, extra hours and ceremony sound are products in the site's own store, with a cart and checkout. The performer connects their own payment account.
- Song requests in one place. A form for the first dance, the must-play songs and the do-not-play list.
- Answers at 10 PM. The site's AI concierge answers questions about prices, travel and deposits from the site's own facts.
- Video calls, a QR code for venue packets and an app on clients' phones, built in: every iNterGine site installs on a phone like an app; try it on the demo.
What the couple sees, on a phone

A five-minute walk-through for the meeting: hand your phone over on the demo's home page; open Check your date and show the form and the planning-call calendar (do not send them); open Weddings for the packages; put the wedding date deposit in the cart in the shop (do not pay); show the song list; then show the demo tour. Julian Reyes is a fictitious musician based in New York City, and the photos were made with the site's own picture AI: say so when you show it.
What it costs the performer, and what you earn
We build the website free from your work order, in 2 to 3 business days. The website then costs $360 a year ($30 a month), with everything in it: online store, booking, forms, blog, members area, phone app and SEO tools. Your set-up fee and your monthly care fee come on top, and you keep all of it; iNterGine takes no cut. How to set them: how much to charge for a small business website.
Where something else may fit better
- Performers who need contracts signed online should keep their contract tool; the demo takes the details and the deposit, not a signature.
- Performers who get most bookings through wedding marketplaces may keep their listings for reach; the website gives couples a direct way to book.
- Owners who want to design every detail themselves may prefer Wix's editor and template library.
Need something extra that the site does not do yet? Our in-house app development team can build it.
Questions musicians and DJs ask
Can we use our own packages, prices and photos?
Yes. The work order asks for the packages, prices, travel area and photos; the demo's musician and pictures are only examples.
Where do date requests and song requests go?
Into the site's admin, and by e-mail to the address the performer chooses.
How are deposits paid?
Through the site's own checkout, once the performer connects a payment gateway such as PayPal. The demo stops before payment.
How long until the site is live?
We build it in 2 to 3 business days from the work order.
